A man who belongs to a middle-class family .he experienced a major anxiety attack at the age of 22. This is the time when he decided to provide help and knowledge to other people in the topic of mental health. The first question is what is an anxiety attack? “Experience anxiety in that is uncontrollable and in very great amount” .in the anxiety attack we experienced an extreme amount of fear and worry.In society, most people don’t want to discuss topics like mental health anxiety depression and many serious topics. They are comfortable to talk about physical health but they are not comfortable to discuss mental health.
We can educate people about mental health with the help of awareness camp, social media especially YouTube is the best platform to aware people we can write an article on the topic like a mental issue, we can talk about it openly with people.
A person who has a good job, a secure future also get stressed or anxious while performing, or in many situations. What a person needs is a time when he/ she face mental trouble; a person who listen to him, a person who will not judge him while he/she express himself/herself. Sometimes communication work as therapy. Some factors who promote mental illness are-

Our culture promotes many time unscientific things. Things we follow blindly like black magic and many prejudices and many culture activity who is not healthy for our mental health. Awareness or education is the only way to fight with this
Genetic or hereditary is also a reason for mental illness or many disorders. In family a person who is suffering from mental illness not comfortable to talk about the condition and to take help for this
Today we have many ways to take help we can contact to counselor, therapist, online or offline both way.
We need only to take a step towards mental health
