I personally experienced it if somebody asked me what am I studying? I replied to them
• l Am pursuing pg in psychology subject and they suddenly asked me ok then tell us what are we thinking about? when I try to explain them it is not only about what are you thinking this is more than that .it is a properly scientific way to observe about behavior but the ignore this and they smile like they are not interested this mostly happens. Urban or rural both areas need proper knowledge about psychology .in the psychology we can aware peoples about mental disorders, parenting, counseling and how to deal with any critical situation and how can we help to other people to deal with this kind of problems. People think a mental disorder is a stigma. They feel shame to shear their problem about mental illness.it's ok if there is any problem while performing any mental activity. This is not to be shame .lest discuss it openly. It does not shame full to take any help for your mental problem. Family, friends all play an important role like a support system, knowledge about mental disorders and why this is important to be discussed may be helpful for a person who is suffering from mental disorder. Parenting is a backbone of our personality we don’t take it very lightly. this is the responsibility of parents to make a better environment. Where a child can express their thoughts emotions very easily they can understand other people also. Parents must know about how and where reinforcement and punishment should be use . If we are really aware about counseling and other treatments most of the problem can be solve .
• For awareness about psychology and for mental disorders we can take help from social media . YouTuber may can influence it in a very high level. Magazine can also play a crucial role in awareness about psychology and mental health.
