How to deal with stressful days

Dear
      It’s ok if you face stressful time or you day was not much good as you think. Some time stress helps every one to shapes to the things. Stress is a physical and psychological response in body when we face changes in environment and we have to deal with it. Small amount of stress may helpful in many situation. Some time stress helps in our performance. Positive stress work like motivation. High level of stress is harmful for body . It affects our health
physically and psychological . High level of stress can lead to  heart attach , ulcer and many physical problems and also lead to psychological problems.



Stress can divide into four types
*Good stress (eustress)
*Bad stress (distress)
*Over stress (hyper stress)
*Under stress (hypo stress)

Good stress(eustress)
                  Good stress is a short term stress. It provides us physical strength, motivation, inspiration. It is good for our performance .

Bad stress(distress)
                   It is negative stress, distress create feeling of discomfort, affect our mental health or physical health. It is a long term stress


Over stress ( hyper stress)
                      Over stress is the result of overload or over work , little things can be annoying.
Over stress badly affect our performance in social life, at home , office etc
It can be a big problem

Under stress( hypo stress)
                      Hypo stress is just opposite of over stress . Hypo stress is occur when individual is unchanged or bored, who perform repetitive task , un inspired .
It is not harmful in short term but it can be harm full in long term



Our environment , our life schedule, genetic factors they all are causes for stress . Some time we not take it seriously .
We can do some small things to  deal with stress full time-
Exercise (yoga,pranayam) – your breathing system play important role to deal with stress . In the process of yoga brain receive oxygen . Take a deep breath and release it slowly you can do it whenever you want .
Conversation- this is a very effective way to get relax ,talk with a person who can understand you , with a person you love to Express your feelings. Some time conversation works like therapy.
Utilities your time – spend your time to do some thing productive . Like you can write a diary , you can join dance class , singing class ,hang out with friends.

Keep yourself motivated give your self  little- little  price for your good work .
